Nem-No-Ele Database*

*NEM-NO-ELE: This database contains all known nematode EST sequences from NCBI's GenBank from all species except C. elegans. This database is only current through December, 2006. Including this database in your query will allow you to BLAST some data not sequenced at the GSC - but may also cause duplications to be found for GSC sequence (i.e. our internal databases and Nem-No-Ele may have data in common).
